​Join a group of women for an empowering multi-day wilderness canoe camping retreat in the North Cascades.  In this remote mountainous setting, you will share meals, yoga, personal reflection, adventure, laughter and more as you create an experience of a lifetime under the stars.

Community classes are offered at various times and locations throughout the year.  Yoga philosophy and practices are integrated into the wilderness retreats and wellness coaching. Breath control, mindfulness and sequences of physical postures are used to promote health and relaxation.
