Hello! I am Tasha

I am a certified wellness coach, yoga instructor and trip leader that creates transformative wellness experiences for women in nature through individual and group reflective work.  I help guide people on their wellness journey to:

I provide a wilderness retreats, one-on-one coaching, and yoga classes to support the wellness of others.

About

With more than 15 years of experience in education, wilderness trip leading, community-building, coaching, and yoga, I founded Clear Horizon Wellness to support women's wellness through providing transformative experiences in nature. I provide wilderness retreats for women who are open to adventure, looking to unplug and reset, reflect on their goals and values, and make strong connections with a small group of women.  I also help people build resilience for stress through wellness coaching, which provides a framework for discovering the root cause of the stress, implementing practical management strategies and restorative practices, and provides regular check-ins to support the process.  My coaching is guided by my education (with roots in positive psychology), training, and life experience, which I use to help unlock the inner knowing within my clients and support them in living their best lives.​​​

My Coaching Approach

Humans are remarkably resilient and have the ability to overcome great obstacles and transform their lives.  I take an integrative approach to health and wellness, trained through the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP). I help clients identify challenges in their lives that are impacting their wellness or holding them back from living their most fulfilling life.  I use an empowering coaching method that keeps the client in the driver seat while creating a sustainable action plan to get the results they are after. I offer nature walks for local clients as an integral part of the wellness coaching experience to harness the benefits of nature immersion and exercise. I also integrate breathwork and mindfulness exercises to reduce stress and enhance coaching effectiveness.
